The figure obviously refers to the national average gas prices and the Bay Area has the highest prices in the nation. I'm just sayin'... this picture was taken this week in San Francisco.

Commented on June 14, 2008Guess what? Some are saying with all the flooding in the mid-west now ethanol is going to have a major blow and rise gas prices by 10-15% more.
Ah, gotta love the unsustainable government.

Commented on June 16, 2008As of 6/16/08 the average price of gas in San Francisco was $4.59 / gallon. And with oil selling for $137 per barrel on the same day, the so called "government peak" is now in hiding.
